A one-time service charge is payable to initiate the service.
The service is valid for 5 months from the date of placement.
Includes up to 2 free replacements during the validity period.
When availing maid services, at least one family member must be present at home at all times.
Trial Period
Trial period is up to 6 days.
Salary for trial days must be paid directly by the client to the maid.
If the maid is found unsuitable, a replacement may be provided.
Trial period salary is mandatory and non-refundable, even if a replacement is requested.
Background Verification
The agency verifies basic documents provided by the candidate.
Clients are strongly advised to conduct independent background and police verification.
The agency is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the candidate.
Salary
Salary is paid directly by the client to the candidate.
The agency does not collect, manage, or mediate monthly salaries.
Leaving Job / Replacement Policy
If the maid leaves or is terminated, the client must pay salary for: Days worked, or Trial period completed.
The client must provide 15 days’ notice to request a replacement.
If the client takes leave or vacation and does not require the maid’s services, 15 days’ salary must still be paid to the maid.
The client must give 15 days’ notice or 15 days’ salary before terminating the maid.
No refunds are applicable once the service has started.
Job Description
The client must clearly define job responsibilities before placement.
If job duties are changed after placement: No replacement will be provided.
Placement/service charges will not be refunded.
Maid Treatment & Working Conditions
Clients must not: Torture, abuse, or harm the maid.
Change work scope, working hours, or salary without mutual agreement.
If the maid leaves due to the above reasons: No replacement or refund will be provided.
Client’s Responsibility for Safety
Clients are advised to check the maid’s bag or belongings during entry and exit, if required.
The agency is not responsible for theft, loss, robbery, or misconduct by the candidate.
Advance Salary Policy
Advance salary should not be paid.
If any advance is given, it is entirely at the client’s risk.
If the maid leaves, the agency is not responsible for recovery or refund of advance salary.
Police Cases
In case of theft or robbery, the agency will assist the client in filing a police complaint.
Further investigation and action will be handled by the police as per law.

Know the Terms
Understand all agency terms and conditions before hiring.
Document Verification
In the first week, collect & verify: Aadhar Id, Recent Passport Photo, Local Address Proof, Bank Account Details, Emergency Contact Info ,Contact Details Of Last 2 Employers
Visit & Police Verification
If possible, visit the maid’s house to confirm residence.
Verify with nearest police station using the Domestic Servant Verification Form.
Set Clear Rules
Clearly define what’s allowed and not (e.g., don’t touch drawers or laptops).
Maintain Boundaries
Don’t get too informal. Supervise work, stay watchful of belongings, even with trustworthy maids.
Family Privacy
Avoid discussing personal problems or money matters in front of them.
Protect Valuables
Don’t leave jewelry, cash, or costly items where the maid can access them.
No Advances
Avoid paying salary advances, as this often leads to complications.
Use a Trial Period
Try a short trial to assess their work before long-term hiring.
Child Safety
Never leave your child alone with the nanny. Always have a family member at home when the nanny is present.
