- Booking Process: Our maid services are exclusively available for online booking. You can either purchase a subscription plan and directly contact the maids or submit a service request to us. Please be advised that response to service requests may take up to 15 days.
- Service Limitations: We specialize in 24-hour live-in maid services, and daytime maid service of 10 hours during daytime. However, it’s important to clarify that we do not offer elder care services or provide Japa Maids.
- Worker Benefits: All our workers adhere to fixed weekly offs on Sundays and are entitled to two paid leaves per month. Rest assured, our maids are compensated fairly in accordance with our established rates.
