In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects. Our policy for cancellation and refund is as follows:
Cancellation Policy
As a service-based platform, we begin working on fulfilling your requirements shortly after you place your online request. The service booking confirmation payment is taken to secure the service. Once a service provider arrives to serve you, cancellation is not possible.
However, you may cancel or reschedule your service request up to 12 hours before the scheduled service appointment. For cancellations, please contact us via the Contact Us link, phone, or email.
Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:
- The service booking confirmation payment is taken to secure the service. Once a service provider arrives to serve you, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be provided in this case.
- You may cancel or reschedule your service request up to 12 hours before the scheduled service appointment. Cancellation requests made within 12 hours of the service appointment will not be accepted.
- If a refund is generated, it will be processed and credited to your wallet within 7 business days.
