1. Trial Period and Payment: You have a maximum of 7 days to try out our services. During this period, you’re responsible for paying the maid directly if you find them suitable for your needs.
2. Service Charge: There’s a one-time service charge that you’ll pay to us. This charge remains valid for 5 months and includes one replacement of the maid if needed.
3. Background Verification: While we verify documents, we recommend you also conduct a background check for added assurance.
4. Salary Payment: You’re responsible for paying the maid’s salary directly.
5. Leaving the Job: If the maid leaves for any reason, you’ll need to pay for the days worked or the trial period.
6. Notice for Replacement: You must give us a 15-day notice for maid replacement.
7. Refunds: If we can’t provide a replacement, we’ll refund 50% of the service charges. No refunds if you cancel the contract.
8. Job Description: Provide us with the job description before placement. Any deviation from this may result in no replacement or refund.
9. Salary Expectation: Salaries may vary for replacements. No refunds if your budget doesn’t match market rates, but we’ll try our best to find a match.
10. Treatment of Maids: You agree not to mistreat or underpay the maid. If they leave due to such reasons, we won’t replace or refund.
11. Security Check: Before and after work, check the maid’s belongings for safety. We’re not responsible for any losses.
12. Behavior Issues: We’re not liable for any misconduct between you and the maid.
13. Advance Salary: You can decide to give an advance salary. We won’t be responsible for excess payments if the maid leaves.
14. Police Complaints: We’ll assist you in case of police complaints regarding theft or robbery by any maid we provide.
